At Chilly's, we want you to love your home essentials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off the Item

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
